What is included in your fee?

We advertise your property on propertypal.com, provide A4 display brochure in our bright modern offices, erect to let sign if desired, assist with housing benefit application, supply tenancy agreement, take process through to completion.

Our Services

All your landlord needs will be catered for, enabling you as the landlord to have peace of mind at an affordable cost. Landlords will require an EPC (energy performance certificate) for the property and be landlord registered. If the property has gas then an up to date gas cert will be required on the property file.

  • Valuation
  • Marketing on Around Town Property website and PropertyPal along with Facebook
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Vetting of suitable tenants
  • Drawing up of the contract
  • Collection of the first month's rent and deposit
  • Deposit registration on TDS (tenant deposit scheme)
  • Statement of account and contract sent on completion

  • Inventory with dated photos of the condition of the property at the start and finish of the tenancy
  • Property inspections carried out every 4 months and a report sent to the landlord
  • Weekly or monthly rental collection
  • Management of maintenance and repairs
  • Statement of account sent on completion of the tenancy start and monthly with rental payments
